Lynn is a resourceful individual with an expansive portfolio of personal and professional experience that brings a truly unique perspective to every interaction. Since joining the firm in 2004, Lynn's infectious positivity and drive have led him to various leadership positions, including ISG's Faribault (previous) and La Crosse offices, to name a few. It's not often that a competitive personality is complemented with such humility and responsibility, leading Lynn to take the firm and projects to a new level.
During his career, Lynn has earned a reputation for excellent client service and providing thoughtful design solutions and effective procedures, which morphed into direct mentorship and leadership efforts to instill the same in those he supports. Lynn also guides project delivery leaders in mentoring civil engineering and project management employee owners, offering his industry expertise to ensure success on some of the firms most high-profile projects.
With direct responsibility for firm stability, growth, and ingenuity, Lynn leads ISG's shared services professionals and pays close attention to the balance between operations and innovation, with client and employee experience guiding every decision. From championing some of the firm's biggest acquisitions and leadership transitions such as the firm's 2017 ESOP move, to serving as a key leader on ISG's Board of Directors, Lynn is a dynamic and driven leader.
