Lynn has been a guiding force in the firm’s evolutions since he started in 2004. His competitive personality is complemented with humility and responsibility and have allowed Lynn to take ISG and influential projects to great heights. Prior to his 2020 transition to CEO, Lynn had served alongside Chad Surprenant, ISG’s current Chief Strategy Officer and previous CEO | President, during pivotal firm activities, which included key acquisitions and ISG’s transition to a 100% ESOP structure. Such activities, dedication, and strengths provided a natural pathway and transition into his role as CEO.
During his career, Lynn has earned a reputation for excellent client service and providing thoughtful design solutions and effective procedures, which morphed into direct mentorship and leadership efforts to instill the same in those he inspires and empowers. Lynn also offers industry expertise to ensure success on some of the firm’s most high-profile projects.
With direct responsibility for firm stability, growth, and ingenuity, Lynn pays close attention to the balance between operations and innovation, with client and employee experience guiding every decision. Lynn also serves on ISG's Board of Directors to ensure the firm’s vision is dynamic and results are positive.
