South Tama County Middle School Honored with APWA Iowa Project of the Year Award
South Tama County Community School District and ISG received a 2026 Project of the Year Award from the American Public Works Association Iowa Chapter for the South Tama County Middle School Campus Renovation. The project was recognized in the Structures category, greater than $5 million division.
By transforming a long-vacant juvenile detention center into a modern middle school, the project demonstrates the innovative problem-solving and responsible use of public resources celebrated through the Project of the Year Awards.
