Matthew Barratt, PE

Matthew brings experience in the design and installation of complex power, control systems, and mechanical systems. His technical expertise spans arc flash analysis, electrical substation engineering, emergency power systems, and power distribution design. He also brings experience in steam generation and cooling system controls.

Through both board service and day-to-day roles, Matthew has developed expertise in legal, ethical, and regulatory matters, as well as technology infrastructure. He has provided guidance on internal policies related to risk management and quality assurance, supporting alignment with industry standards and reinforcing a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
