An analytical thinker and skilled engineer, Spencer specializes in producing data-driven agriculture drainage and water quality solutions for ISG’s Water Resource team. Growing up on the family farm, Spencer’s interest in farming quickly evolved into a passion for addressing agriculture challenges and determining best management practices. Applying knowledge gained from his personal experience, formal education, and professional career, Spencer designs drainage ditches, drainage tiles, wetlands and bioreactors for agriculture partners throughout the Midwest. He focuses on building long term relationships with ISG clients by collaborating with county boards, state agencies and private businesses to provide detailed Civil3D drafting, surveying, ArcGIS modeling, permitting assistance, and construction administration services for animal feeding operations and agricultural facilities.
