Chantal is a structural engineer who leads ISG’s structural team in delivering complex projects. Pairing rigorous technical expertise with a passion for mentorship, she engages multidisciplinary teams early to align scope, constraints, and performance targets—setting clear goals and sustaining momentum from concept through delivery.
A graduate of ISG’s intensive Leadership Acceleration Program (LeAP), Chantal has served as a structural group leader and now brings her firsthand understanding of operations and project delivery to ISG’s Board of Directors. Her leadership experience and knowledge of employee ownership give her a unique perspective as she represents and advocates for ISG’s employee owners.
An accomplished collegiate athlete, Chantal channels her competitive spirit into achieving ambitious goals. Outside of work, she competes in triathlons around the world.
