Her understanding of people, what motivates them, and the value they can bring to the ISG team and clients drives our recruitment and retention efforts. Sam guides manageable firm growth and performance by shaping professional development efforts to ensure that people look forward to Monday mornings, and that we always have the best of the best on our team.

As a half marathon runner, Sam is always willing to try new things and pour her whole heart into them. She frequently visits college campuses, participates in client-facing events, and dedicates time to community organizations—showcasing her enthusiasm for sharing the ISG culture. As a skilled talent engagement guru with past marketing experience, Sam lives and breathes ISG’s five guiding principles of ingenuity, creativity, eagerness, responsiveness, and accountability.
