Joel Reed, PE

Joels brings over 24 years of experience supporting heavy industrial and manufacturing clients including power, pulp and paper, chemicals, automotive, and advanced manufacturing. He brings expertise in front-end engineering, feasibility evaluations, equipment and system design, and managing complex capital projects from early planning through construction.

Throughout his career, Joel has held key leadership roles including operations manager, office leader, and EPC project manager, successfully growing new offices and managing multidisciplinary teams. A member of the National Eagle Scout Association, Joel values service and mentorship both professionally and personally. His leadership approach emphasizes clarity, accountability, and collaboration.
