About

As a transportation engineer, Will plans, designs, and manages construction projects for highways, streets, bridges, and airports. He knows the effect that the transportation networks, land use planning, and parking arrangements have on a community and works to support positive future development. Will is an expert in navigating funding sources to ensure project agreements include the needs and desires of communities they are meant to serve, and he works closely with clients and truly listens to community members to understand their needs, goals, and development objectives. Will is passionate about improving communities by providing better streets, with transportation alternatives for all users of the system and understands the important role transportation and land use have in impacting economic development and quality of life. Realizing that major financial commitments are difficult for growing cities, Will integrates Pilot to Permanent program opportunities that help communities introduce phased or temporary improvements towards a larger development goal. As a transportation leader, Will offers the following

  • Land use planning, parking arrangements, and civil design for future developments
  • Funding and grant applications
  • Community engagement to understand goals, concerns, and objectives
  • Multi-modal transportation designs
  • Traffic signal, complex traffic control, and detour plan design
