Ted Beltavski, PE

Ted’s role at ISG follows over two decades of leadership, including his tenure as President and Chief Executive Officer at R.E. Warner. During this time, Ted guided the firm through sustained growth, fostering a culture of performance, innovation, and strong client relationships.

Known for his mentorship and focus on continuous improvement, he remains active with Cleveland State University and professional organizations. Outside of work, Ted is a former martial arts and self-defense instructor plus author of “Mystery to Mastery – The Martial Way of Leadership & Management.” Ted enjoys spending time with his family and helping others grow personally and professionally.
