Kevin Hildebrandt, CPE, CPS
Facilities Management and Planning Strategist
A facilities planning and operations specialist, Kevin brings nearly 40 years of experience with public projects. Prior to his work for ISG, Kevin spent 20 years as the Director of Buildings and Grounds for Faribault Public Schools in Minnesota. Throughout his career working for these schools, Kevin managed over $100,000,000 in construction projects ranging from small remodels and deferred maintenance projects to new construction. As a previous long-standing partner and client, Kevin provides a broad perspective into the day-to-day operations of client sites and facilities to help solve challenging budget, operational, and long-term planning needs.
This vast experience and knowledge in operating public facilities provides translatable solutions for the partners looking to assess their facilities and develop a strategy for current and future needs. By having Kevin’s expertise on the team, he can be the first boots-on-the-ground leader to determine the scope of assessment and advise ISG’s internal team in its specialty focus areas. This will ensure that facilities are reviewed in a cohesive manner while also allowing for maximum accountability and leadership.
