Opportunity
As part of a new comprehensive plan, the City of Richfield is redoing the 66th Street corridor and adding a new mixed-use area.
Solution
ISG is working with PLH & Associates, LLC, to design a mixed-use facility that bridges the commercial properties to its west with the residential/single-family areas to its south and east. With the ongoing municipal rework along the 66th street corridor, it was crucial that ISG worked not only with PLH & Associates, LLC, on design vision and materials, but also work hand in hand with both City and County officials on site related issues. Public and community outreach was essential to the project, and ISG made sure to be open and available at City meetings to address comments from residents. The City Council and Planning Commission both approved for the project to move forward, and ISG is anticipating moving forward with construction drawings.
