With a goal of reducing unsheltered homelessness in Wake County, CASA partnered with ISG to design a 100-unit supportive housing community. King’s Ridge follows a housing-first model, providing permanent housing to unsheltered women and children, populations often underserved by traditional housing models. The complex balances independence and connection by offering in-unit amenities, such as full kitchens and laundry, and shared amenities, such as community spaces, a fitness room, and outdoor areas. To support resident well-being and stability, King’s Ridge includes job placement facilities, on-site healthcare, and multiple levels of security. Opened in 2025, King’s Ridge prioritizes dignity, safety, and long-term livability, contributing to a 10% reduction in homelessness in Wake Count.
