Smoky Hollow District

This mixed-use development project includes retail, parking, office, and multifamily spaces. The urban design approach restores connectivity along Tucker Street, creating a pedestrian- and bicycle-friendly corridor that passes through the building facade as an iconic entry. The buildings draw inspiration from rail trestles, boxcars, warehouses, and train stations, creating a contemporary expression rooted in the neighborhood’s working-class and railroad heritage.
