Grand Terrace

Worthington, MN | Housing

Overview

ISG worked with several partners to bring affordable rental housing that is well-connected to the rest of the community.

Opportunity

The Worthington community needed a low- to moderate-income housing facility that provided strong connection to the rest of the community.

Solution

Grand Terrace was developed to provide affordable rental housing for low- to moderate-income workforce families. The community is walkable with connections to transit, and has ample green space with a playground and gardening area. Sidewalks and access to a bike trail connect the development to the greater community. This was a project completed in close collaboration between ISG and the Southwest Minnesota Housing Partnership, as well as several other project stakeholders, including local employers and the Minnesota Housing Finance Agency.
