Profinium Place Tower - The Tailwind Group

Mankato, MN | Commercial

Overview

ISG designed this seven-story office building to spark inspiration for tenants through lively natural lighting and work stations that promote collaboration.

Opportunity

The need for top quality office space in Mankato was clear when Profinium Place needed to design an additional floor to its initial plans due to high demand.

Solution

Adaptability and functionality were important components in the construction of this high-profile office building. When the initial plans and renderings were revealed, demand for office spaces spiked, prompting the addition of the seventh floor to the facility’s original designs. The seventh floor provided eight additional offices, as well as a conference room, break room, and reception. With floor-to-ceiling windows offering abundant sunshine, work areas are rotated to reduce glare while wall dividers are transparent so daylight permeates the space. Building plans included group work stations and a spacious lounge to encourage collaboration, and outlined unique window systems, allowing employees to enjoy the beautiful city views and natural light. The luxury and quality that went into designing these offices created Class A commercial office space.
