Castlewood School District Rebuild

Following a tornado disaster, Castlewood School District faced extensive loss of facilities, including elementary classrooms, nurse’s office, library, locker rooms, auxiliary gymnasium, and damaged lunchroom and commons. ISG was on-site within two days to help assess the damage and brainstorm the path forward. The District and our design teams quickly considered options that would bring the facility operational as fast as possible, while also considering future opportunities. Following a successful 2023 referendum, the school completed its improvements by the 2025 school year, providing students with a positive educational experience in a safe and secure facility.
