ISG and Winona Foods strategically assessed a challenging site to create an efficient packaging, warehouse, and distribution spaces
Winona Foods’ plans to construct a new cheese repackaging and distribution center were complicated by a wetland site.
Faced with a challenging wetland site, ISG partnered with Winona Foods to provide architectural and engineering designs for a 36,868-square-foot cheese repackaging and distribution center. In order to maximize use of the land available for the distribution center, ISG worked with Winona Foods to strategically assess siting and facility location options. The resulting facility includes space for distribution, a refrigeration building, offices, and retail space. Moreover, the site includes ample parking, loading areas for four truck docks, retention ponds, and space for future expansions.
