Overview

To meet the needs of the Traer community, ISG designed a new assisted living addition to the Sunrise Hill Care Facility.

Opportunity

To expand its offerings to the community, Sunrise Hill Care Facility needed an addition where it could support residents needing assisted living care.

Solution

ISG led designs for an addition to Sunrise Hill Care Facility consisting of four new private resident rooms, as well as a new chapel, beauty salon, and new assisted living wing. The assisted living wing includes four new two-bedroom and 13 one-bedroom units. Other spaces include a new dining room, library, lounge, kitchen, sunroom, fitness room, two new offices, laundry room, storage rooms, private rest room, and individual mechanical rooms for each unit accessible off of the common hall. Site work included a new private terrace area off the backside of the wing, new parking, and a walking path area with extensive retaining wall work off of the front of the building.
