Freshii

Various Locations | Commercial

Overview

Dedicated to providing a healthy, convenient, and affordable food option, Freshii is a popular fast-casual dining restaurant that operates hundreds of locations around the world after opening in 2005. By reinforcing their brand through design, ISG has supported this up and coming restaurant in helping to bring three new Freshii locations to Twin Cities.

Opportunity

Each Freshii location is built around the company’s strong brand and their slogan, Eat. Energize, requiring designs that are functional for employees stocking the grab-and-go coolers or assembling custom orders while upholding and enforcing the Company’s image and brand.

Solution

ISG developed plans that showcase clean, lively, and green interiors connected to Freshii’s mission to improve the lives of others by making healthy food convenient and affordable. Following brand guidelines, the character of the space is simple and straightforward, light and innovative. Constructed with simple materials, these restaurants provide an urban greenhouse vibe. Upholding the company’s vision from the moment customers enter, the open design of the food prep station was positioned within the patron’s line of sight, allowing custom orders to be assembled in front of everyone. Inspiring images of these high quality fresh ingredients and their health benefits are displayed in modern photographic artwork on the walls. Crisp white subway tiled walls in the kitchen area add to the clean, industrial look.
