UnityPoint Health + Wellness’ Prairie Parkway Campus

UnityPoint Health wanted to combine and consolidate multiple locations into one large campus to provide one-stop outpatient medical delivery services for the community. ISG designed the new campus for both provider and patient functionality and comfort. Aesthetics were an important consideration, and the building was designed to provide a calm environment with warm tones, a fireplace, and easy-to-maintain finishes. Clear wayfinding supports easy navigation, and a public cooking space was added to provide a location for community-based healthy lifestyle classes and courses.
