Glenwood Place

ISG was engaged by Grubb Ventures to develop a cohesive master plan for an undeveloped portion of Glenwood Place. The site at the intersection of U.S. Highway 70 and Interstate 440 was originally developed in the 1970s and began redevelopment for a portion in the mid-2000s. To achieve the desired high density and a cohesive vision, the site was rezoned and planned with numerous contextual considerations. Foundational to the project is its focus on creating streets, plazas, and buildings designed around people instead of cars.
