An architectural project coordinator who loves to spend time with her family, Lindsey Davidson enjoys the sense of accomplishment she receives in her role. Read on to learn more about one of ISG’s ambitious employee owners!
There is an amazing feeling of accomplishment when you issue a final set of Construction Documents. I love the thought and coordination that goes into each small piece of every project.
The people who work at ISG are always willing to help and are open-minded to new ideas with a common goal to deliver the best final product. Everyone brings so much passion and knowledge to the firm, and the trust and teamwork that happens behind the scenes is incredible!
I like that each project is different and presents new puzzles to solve, becoming better than the last. This industry allows you to continually learn and better yourself.
While there are guidelines and standards, there are also multiple ways to achieve them in order to tailor a solution that is best for the client.
Most of my free time is spent playing, reading, and singing with my two-year-old daughter. After she goes to bed, my husband and I enjoy playing cards or board games. Yes, I usually win! I also enjoy camping, hiking, and fishing, although we aren’t able to do as much of that as I would prefer.
I like to travel and explore new places, but it isn’t so much the place as it is the people I vacation with. I could go anywhere with my three siblings, and that would be my dream vacation. We can definitely get on each other’s nerves, but the best times happen when I am with them.
If I was looking for something a bit more relaxing, I would go camping with my husband. The peace and quiet of nature is very relaxing to me.

As ISG continues to grow and expand to new geographies, we want to share a few non-traditional benefits that have come with employee owners choosing to relocate. Culture transplants ensure that as we continue to grow, we stay true to our core values, mission, purpose, and culture, which not only benefits ISG employee owners, but our clients as well. This why we encourage relocation across all our locations.
