For the seventh year in a row, ISG landed on the Zweig Group Top 100 Hot Firm list, this year coming in at #14. 2018 also marks ISG’s back-to-back Tri-Fecta Award recognition, with the firm, again, taking home accolades in multiple Marketing Excellence categories and earning a top spot on the coveted Best Places to Work For list. The Zweig Group polls firms ranging from 14 employees to 15,000+ in states across the U.S., comparing each organization’s dollar and percentage revenue growth rate over a three-year period, workplace culture, and marketing strategies within each category submitted.
The Fort Dodge Community School District board approved the purchase summary of the old Hy-Vee building at its meeting Monday night. The building was purchased for $625,000 from Essex Holding LLC, of New York City, New York, on May 30.

ISG recently welcomed seasoned facility, health/safety, and planning professional Kevin Hildebrandt, CPE, CPS to the firm, strategically enhancing services focused in the education, public works, and government markets, to name a few. Kevin brings nearly 40 years of experience, most recently as the 20-year Director of Buildings and Grounds for Faribault Public Schools in Minnesota. Through certifications from the Association of Facility Engineering (AFE), Kevin’s noted designations include Certified Plant Engineer (CPE) and Certified Professional Supervisor (CPS).
Building off momentum from Mayor Jim Schmitt’s State of the City address at the historic Meyer Theatre Wednesday, May 9, 2018, economic development within City limits continues to build with the announcement of architecture, engineering, environmental, and planning firm, ISG, as a leading tenant in the scenic WaterMark building (WaterMark) in downtown Green Bay. ISG, a firm that transitioned to 100 percent employee ownership in January 2017 and has deep roots in the City through a previous acquisition of Raasch Associates (Raasch), solidified a partnership with La Crosse-based developers Three Sixty Real Estate Solutions, LLC (Three Sixty) to further the City’s commitment to placemaking and development initiatives.
ISG, an architecture, engineering, environmental, and planning firm that celebrated its 45th anniversary in March 2018, was recently recognized, again, as one of the country’s leading design firms by the Engineering News-Record (ENR) magazine’s annual industry rankings. The firm continued its upward trajectory coming in at #324 in 2018, up from #349 in 2017 and jumping over 125 spots from its position in 2016.
