July 12, 2016 (Mankato, Minnesota) - ISG was recently recognized by the Zweig Group, a privately-held firm and nation’s leader in enhancing business performance for architecture, engineering, and environmental consulting sectors, on the 2016 Hot Firm List and as one of 2016’s Best Firms to Work For.

The Zweig Group Hot Firm List recognizes the 100 fastest-growing architecture, engineering, planning, and environmental consulting firms in the United States and Canada. In an industry comprised of over 100,000 firms, the Hot Firm List highlights those that have outperformed the economy and competitors to be leaders in their fields. With the number of submissions growing each year, ISG earned the 58th spot on the 2016 list.

The Zweig Group Best Firms to Work For Award polls similar industry firms in the United States and Canada, recognizing and ranking firms based on workplace practices, employee benefits, employee retention rates, and many other factors. ISG was ranked #22 in the Multi-Disciplinary category for the Best Places to Work For Award. With a minimum requirement that at least 40% of employees in a firm of ISG’s size must respond to the detailed survey to be eligible, ISG surpassed standards with over 60% of the firm’s 200+ staff responding.

“I completely buy into Mark’s belief that if you aren’t growing, you are dying, and we have continually pushed ourselves as a firm to not only offer an invigorating environment that fosters personal growth, but strategically builds relationships that provide innovative opportunities for both our clients and team of professionals,” shares Chad Surprenant, President and CEO. “I was honored to meet with Mark Zweig, Founder and CEO of the Zweig Group, this past May in their Fayetteville, Arkansas office, which makes the awards even more meaningful – exciting times are ahead of us.”
