Knutson Construction Office

ISG was hired by Knutson Construction to design a modern workplace environment for their new Mankato office. Located in the Eide Bailly Tower downtown, the tenant improvement transforms the space into a flexible and collaborative office that reflects the Knutson brand.

The workplace design integrates open workstations, informal breakout areas, and moveable furniture systems to support evolving work styles and team collaboration. Custom branding elements, including geometric angles, bold blue finishes, and integrated signage, reinforce Knutson’s identity throughout the office.

By combining architecture, interior design, and workplace strategy, ISG created a dynamic office environment that supports productivity, flexibility, and employee engagement while strengthening Knutson’s presence in the Mankato community.
