Cleveland, Ohio, June 29, 2026 – R.E. Warner & Associates (now ISG) is proud to announce that it has once again been named a Northeast Ohio Top Workplace. This is the fifth consecutive year the firm has been recognized for this award presented by Cleveland-based media organizations The Plain Dealer, and cleveland.com.

Winners are determined solely through employee feedback collected via a confidential, research-backed survey administered by Energage, LLC. The survey measures key elements of workplace culture, including engagement, alignment, and connection, and recognizes organizations that meet or exceed regional benchmarks.

This year’s results showed that more than 90% of employees feel appreciated and believe their well-being is a priority. One respondent shared, “I work with amazing people who all want what’s best for the company. I feel like what I do is necessary and I feel fulfilled.”

Additional areas exceeding 90% positive responses included strong alignment with company values and confidence that managers genuinely care about employee concerns. Another respondent noted, “We are continuously growing and evolving, adding better benefits, improving processes, and streamlining and making people’s jobs easier. We also have a lot of fun!”

This recognition builds on a strong track record for the multidisciplinary architecture and engineering (AE) professional services firm that has also received multiple national awards, including the USA Today Top Workplaces 2026 award. In 2025, it earned several Top Workplaces Culture Excellence Awards, including recognition for Compensation & Benefits, Employee Well-Being, DE&I Practices, Professional Development, and Employee Appreciation.

The continued recognition highlights the strength of a people-first culture that remains a priority following ISG’s recent acquisition of R.E. Warner. Now part of a 100% employee-owned firm, the Cleveland team is supported by expanded resources and a shared commitment to making a difference for clients and communities. The employee-owned model creates a culture where individuals are invested in project outcomes and one another’s success, further supporting the firm’s recognition as a Top Workplace.

“Earning a Top Workplace award year after year reflects the dedication of our team and the culture that has been built,” said ISG CEO Lynn Bruns. “Having recently come together as one firm, we have expanded local opportunities for collaboration and professional development, while maintaining the culture that makes our Cleveland location a great place to build a career.”

The 2026 Northeast Ohio Top Workplace award adds to a growing list of recognitions across ISG, including Zweig Group’s 2026 Best Firms To Work For, multiple AIA Emerging Professional-friendly firm honors, and Milwaukee Business Journal’s 2025 Best Places to Work.

ISG continues to expand its presence in Northeast Ohio and nationwide, remaining engaged with emerging talent at institutions such as Cleveland State University, The Ohio State University, The University of Akron, and Kent State University. These connections help introduce students and early-career professionals to opportunities within a multidisciplinary, employee-owned firm working on projects across the United States.
