ISG Welcomes Facilities Management and Planning Strategist, Thad Dahling

Thad Dahling joins ISG as a Facilities Management and Planning Strategist, providing school districts with facility assessments, deferred maintenance plans, and pre-referendum support to improve and enhance learning environments throughout the Midwest.

As a team member in ISG’s K-12 Education Business Unit, Thad will work with the firm’s team of 350+ professionals across Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, and South Dakota. Thad will work with districts to support in meeting educational adequacy goals focused on optimizing space and building systems.

Working in environmental assessment services for nearly 20 years, Thad has a broad technical understanding of building systems and has worked with numerous school districts throughout southern Minnesota, improving the life cycle of buildings while keeping students and staff safe.
