ISG provided planning and design services for the Western Avenue corridor improvements, a project closely tied to the I-90 Interchange enhancements. Working alongside the City, South Dakota Department of Transportation, and local stakeholders, our team delivered roadway, shared-use path, and utility improvements that strengthen safety, accessibility, and traffic operations while supporting future community growth.
