West + Lenoir

Located on a previously undeveloped site, this project introduces a sense of community to a historic neighborhood. The three-story residences provide a graceful transition between residential Boylan Heights and the high-rise buildings of downtown Raleigh, helping to bridge the scale from old to new. The 16-foot-deep sidewalks along West Street support walkability and foster a connection between West + Lenoir and the surrounding area.
