Vista Brooklyn

Vista Brooklyn’s architecture and urban design teams collaborated to provide a modern, sleek presence with large glazing, active balconies, and a vibrant retail promenade that connects residents to the St. Johns River waterfront and surrounding attractions. An eight-story parking structure supports urban activity and resident convenience. Our design team maintained the project’s feasibility by innovating a unique block-and-plank system with strategic plank orientation, unit planning, and acoustic optimization that improved yield and lowered cost.
