Village at Washington Terrace

In collaboration with DHIC, ISG provided master planning services to transform an underserved community by providing quality, safe, and affordable housing adjacent to downtown Raleigh. The Village at Washington Terrace was the first phase of this multi-phased project, focused on family apartments and a childcare facility. The project is a successful combination of long-range land use planning and thoughtful site design. The community is organized around green space and shared amenities to foster connection and enhance the lifestyle of its residents.
