As Veridian Credit Union expands into the Twin Cities market, ISG provided site design and development services to integrate Veridian’s prototype and brand standards within the Marketplace at Cedar. Working with The Redmond Company, ISG provided site layout, grading design, utilities design, erosion control, and planting and restoration design for the 1.2-acre site. Streamlined coordination connected the branch site to the development’s existing stormwater system and supported cross-access agreements for shared private drives serving multiple lots. Site design details, including thoughtful delineations between the branch site’s concrete and adjacent sites’ asphalt, reinforce Veridian’s brand standards while intuitively guiding customers through the development. This project continues ISG’s growing partnership with The Redmond Company and Veridian Credit Union, with future opportunities anticipated across Minnesota.
