ISG designed the multifamily extension of the Venable Center, a mixed-use development repurposed from an early 20th century tobacco mill site. Our architects and landscape architects supported high-end design and thoughtfully designed features such as exterior courtyards, a luxury pool deck, and a sky lounge deck.
