University of South Dakota Discovery District Master Plan

To accelerate the regional economy and scientific advancements, the University of South Dakota invested in planning a mixed-use development to attract and retain top talent, connect capital investments, and provide opportunities for a rapidly growing community. Our planning experts guided the University through a highly interactive process to envision the Discovery District and shape opportunities for University students who will become bioscientists, business developers, and professionals. Renderings and concept plans were advanced through collaboration with stakeholders to further showcase the University as a regional innovation leader building a unique ecosystem.
