U-Haul wanted to replace an existing facility in Bloomington, MN with a new a four-story ​​103,000-square-foot storage space and build a new and a three-story covered exterior storage facility in Lakeville, MN. ISG designed the two new facilities, and provided surveying, construction administration services, and coordinated with the developer’s engineers for the best design improvements to serve the U-Haul facilities.
