The Quarters - Ames

ISG continued its partnership with Tailwind Group, the developer of The Quarters, to develop affordable, high-amenity housing options to accommodate the growing enrollment numbers at Iowa State University. Located southeast of campus, our team designed ten residential buildings that house 518 beds in 195 units. Single- and multi-level open-concept floorplans include high-end finishes, private restrooms, walk-in closets, and balconies or patios. On-site amenities include a clubhouse, two outdoor pools and one hot tub, a fitness center, and quiet study spaces resulting in a modern, resort-style student housing complex.
