Storage Lounge Site Design

Storage Lounge partnered with ISG to support site design for their new three‑level self‑storage facility on a 1.81‑acre site. We delivered the topographic survey; prepared the SWPPP, grading and drainage, utilities, parking, landscape, and site lighting plans; and assisted with permitting and entitlements. Our team supported delivery with construction staking to carry the design through buildout.
