St. Mary’s Square Apartments Renovation

ISG transformed the interior of 600 St. Mary’s Square through a renovation that re-energized the amenity spaces, entrance lobby, and leasing offices with interior design inspired by the building’s angular forms, natural stone, and black accents. The pool lounge was redesigned to seamlessly connect with the outdoor courtyard and pool, while the two-story clubhouse was reconfigured. A fresh palette of wood tones, bright neutrals, and clean lines brought warmth and sophistication that created inviting spaces designed for comfort and connection.
