Solon Community School District Facility Assessment + Master Plan

Solon Community School District needed a solution for its increasing enrollment and aging facilities. As partners, ISG assessed facility systems and conditions to create a master plan, which included a prioritized list of repairs and upgrades. Our team then guided the District through a successful $25.5 million referendum, funding a new middle school, which includes a music area that doubles as a tornado shelter, daylighting, and geothermal systems for improved energy efficiency, and secure entrances.
