Sibley Park Apartments

The Southwest Minnesota Housing Partnership partnered with ISG to design and develop a new market rate housing development along the Minnesota Riverbank. A four-story, 60-unit development of single-level flats and two-level lofts includes enclosed underground parking, views of the river valley, and a new storm sewer collection system. The project was recognized as a Green Communities certified development, which makes homes affordable through reduced energy and maintenance costs.
