Ridgeview Le Sueur Clinic partnered with ISG to renovate an existing clinic space formerly occupied by Mayo Clinic Health System, creating separate tenant areas for both clinics with independent patient check-ins. The goal was to expand local healthcare options while maintaining safe, convenient access for patients across the active campus. ISG provided architectural, engineering, and technology design services, including phased construction, divided reception areas, upgraded clinical spaces, and improved staff and patient amenities. The renovation enhanced functionality, patient care, and comfort, serving as a catalyst for Ridgeview’s service expansion and future clinical partnerships.
