Profinium Place prominently supports the continued revitalization of downtown Mankato. ISG partnered with Tailwind Group early in the planning process to help them meet market demand for multi-tenant office space and maximize a constrained urban site. The building features a cantilevered glass wedge that enhances visibility and establishes a distinct architectural identity. Angular design elements are carried throughout the interior offices and shared spaces, including flooring patterns, wall treatments, and lighting details. The project contributes to ongoing downtown investment and reflects a strong model for public-private redevelopment in the region.
