Pennington County Campus Projects

Growth at the Pennington County campus in downtown Rapid City required a strategic, multi-year approach to expand capacity within a constrained urban footprint. ISG supported a series of projects including master planning, jail expansion, a parking structure addition, and a new evidence facility, prioritizing operational efficiency and safety. With limited site availability, the design emphasized vertically integrated solutions to effectively stack functions and optimize the three‑block campus for long-term use.
