Overlook on Main delivers a pedestrian-oriented, mixed-use development that is timeless and functional. Located near downtown and across from Ting Park baseball stadium, the site presented opportunities and challenges, including steep topography, shallow bedrock, zoning limitations, and layered easements.

Terraced plazas and connected pedestrian spaces create a cohesive and walkable environment. Material selections, including brick and exposed steel, referenced the site’s industrial history, while visualization tools, including animation, helped clearly communicate how the development will function and feel for users.
