North Cannon River Watershed Management Plan

To sustain their mission of safeguarding water quality, North Cannon River Watershed Management Organization (WMO) updated their 10-year comprehensive watershed management plan, aligning local needs with regulatory demands. To start the planning process, ISG conducted a watershed assessment, pinpointing existing and potential priority issues. ISG’s applied technology team created a virtual open house, broadening engagement without compromising the quality of interaction. Using our extensive knowledge of Minnesota Statutes 103B and Minnesota Rule 8410, the plan was tailored to meet state requirements while navigating the unique nature of a rural WMO in a metropolitan area.
