Nicollet County Swine Facility

To help position a client’s new swine facility in Nicollet County for efficient operations while meeting regulatory and environmental requirements, ISG supported the development of a 15-acre site that integrates barns, waste management, and infrastructure. The project included a gestation barn, farrowing barn, and supporting systems, with careful attention to grading, drainage, and long-term site performance.
