To support MOKA Coffee House’s continued growth, ISG provided planning, surveying, civil engineering, and landscape architecture services for two 400-square-foot drive-through-only locations. The team coordinated with City entities to address site development, utility, stormwater, and landscaping requirements, while designing a two-lane drive-through layout to maximize efficiency and customer flow. The modern exterior features clean architectural lines, durable materials, and welcoming landscaping that enhances curb appeal and reinforces MOKA’s brand. Through integrated design and engineering, ISG delivered a functional and modern destination for coffee lovers.
