This five-story residential project integrates with the site’s natural terrain while centering on a pool and gathering spaces that connect residents to the outdoors. The design features a neutral palette of light grays and beige, and provides secure, convenient living with multiple elevators, a mix of surface and structured parking, and controlled building access.
