Marketplace at Cedar

The Marketplace at Cedar transformed a vacant lot into a multi-tenant commercial development featuring nine lots and a mix of regional and national retailers. ISG led site development from planning through construction, helping the developer navigate challenging soil conditions, evolving tenant requirements, utility coordination, and agency approvals.
