Maeve

Maeve is a landmark 536,000-square-foot mixed-use development that brings together modern urban living, retail, and public space. The project includes over 10,000 square feet of retail, a publicly accessible pocket park, and a multi-level parking garage. Residents enjoy a suite of amenities such as a 3,500-square-foot fitness club with spa locker rooms, a resort-style pool deck, a sky lounge with views of Downtown Raleigh, a coworking lounge, and a pet spa.

Both the building form and facade language are shaped by unique contextual relationships. ISG collaborated with the precast manufacturer to create custom details and finishes for the facade system. This panelized design shortened construction time, reduced costs, and delivered a refined architectural expression.
